I am a second generation Real Estate Agent and/or a Realtor. I started my career right out of College. I got licensed in 1986, my Broker license in 1990, and purchased the company (Mason-Davis Co., Inc.) from my father in 1997. I affiliated with Weichert Realtors in 2008, which is one of the best moves I have done in my real estate career. Beside being a Realtor, I am a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, a Licensed Title Insurance agent (Accomack TItle & Settlement, Inc.) and a licensed Real Estate Instructor.  In the past, I was a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent.  When not working, I enjoy being outdoors.  I enjoy everything from fishing, hicking, golfing, hunting and anything else that keeps me outside.  I work along with my wife, Tammy and her dog Tilly (yorkie poo) and my two dogs Henrietta Drake aka Hen (Lab) and Daisey Mae (Golden).  I have had the privelege of listing, selling, appraising and insuring real estate on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for over 40 years.  Beside our local MLS, I also keep records of sales outside of our MLS.  This enable me as well as my fellow Weichert agents are informed of what is happening in the market.  When you are ready to Purchase or Sell real estate in Accomack or Northampton Counties on Virginia's Eastern Shore please give us a call - remember Weichert Works!! - Invite us in a we will bring results.
